As a Xerath OTP who really likes and wants to play Mel, it is the biggest win-win situation. If I get her, good cause I like playing her and if the enemies pick her then Xerath absolutely destroys her in lane. She has 0 chance of winning that, unlike Brand

What does this mean

@uh3mt it means you can't just go "oh this item gives 20% and this gives 10% e.g. armor reduction thus i have 30%" you have to go "the enemy has 100 armor, first item leaves 80% armor = 80, second item reduces that by 10% (takes another 8 away) sp the total armor left is 72" which it a combined 28 NOT 30% armor reduction. Almost any stat that uses percentage works like that. (Unlike e.g. AD, if you get 10 ad from item a and 10 from item b you have 20)

Named abilities have changed into subtypes. For example cryptbloom and void staff share the blighted subtype and you can not have them both in your inventory. Same with the hydras and the last whisper items.
