I just started playing this mod and I think his yandere side will show more if everyone's relationship with you is fully max but Sebastian. Either way, loved this, loved the content. Definitely not normal, seb is pretty detached as a partner, as far as the other romance options go. He says he goes on midnight rides to maintain his independence despite him loving you, and he says he has a lot on his mind and needs alone time or a walk to clear his head pretty often
