I am completely fine with how small the game looks right now because they and you said it that this isn’t like 2k where there’s a new game coming out every year they can make the game live longer with those updates. Not an AEW guy, I’m a WWE guy but I want to see this game succeed. It’s nice to have something other than 2K to play. I’ve enjoyed the past couple 2K games but I missed the old days of the old AKI games and Here Comes The Pain. Hopefully this will feel like those games. It’s good to have an actual career mode that you can take any wrestler through. We haven’t had something like that since SVR 08. Personally the small match type lists and only a couple modes don’t bother me. This is their first year also some of the best wrestling games of all time only had a few modes. If they’re going to keep updating this one and not push out yearly releases, I’m sure they’ll add more things to it. I think it’s the way to go, I’ve already preordered, I’m looking forward to this one. It’s always great to an alternative. 2K has been good but it can be better, if Fight Forever turns out awesome, like many think it will, that’ll make 2K step up their game I believe.

What some of you need to understand is this is a brand new IP. There was no base for this game, it had to be built from the ground up. Follow up games will improve on this foundation! 2K games have literal decades of data to build on. Give the team time, and enjoy this game for what it is.

@@kpj2224 I can't recall a first blood match, but Hangman Page defended the belt in a last man standing match on Dynamite (except it was technically named a Texas death match). It's still basically the same thing. I don't see why one would need to be so pedantic about whether or not AEW has done the match before. There's a lot of blood in AEW, so having it end the match in the custom settings wouldn't be much of a stretch. It's not like I'm hoping for a viagara on a pole match.

The best thing we can do is blast their social media after the game is released with who we want but still buy the game. The more they sell the more likely we are to see additions past the DLC currently announced. I agree it'd be a freakin shame the guy who scored the first ever AEW victory is currently not included. (I'd also find it super weird if Butcher/Blade aren't in with Bunny as DLC)

How many difficulty settings will there be in the game? I assume there will be Easy, Normal, and Hard settings. An Elite setting is mentioned in one of the Achievements/Trophies. Also, in another video, I noticed a Casual Mode option in the Options Menu for controls. I wonder what this does.

Shame there is a limit of 4 wrestlers on the screen. It would increased the match types if they had been able to get up to 6 wrestlers on the screen (thus also allowing their Trios Championship to exist in their debut game) at least (Modern day WWE games has 8 wrestlers on the screen [which would have benefited Fight Forever if they had achieved the same so given the limit of 4 wrestlers on the screen I believe that the Stadium Stampede match (if is it in) will most likely be a 2 vs 2 match, which would suck] and the ref so for faction wars Fight Forever is a let down due to the game being limited to a 2 vs 2 match)
