Gamedev here. If you don't want to download the game, you don't have to. You're not forced to do anything, so it's entirely up to you. However, as the video publisher said, It's safe (If it weren't, the video wouldn't exist in the first place). Usually I'd say take caution of what you download, but Alicia have already explained it.

I'm not sure if this is really related to the video but I wanted to let you know that if you're looking more gaming video ideas to stream and more Friday Night Funkin belly expansion/inflation/weight gain fetish mods there are some examples: "Friday Night Chunkin" and "FNF Alice Vore Mod", I suggest looking them up and downloading them to try them. Also there's an upcoming FNF mod I recommend to do a video of called "Buffet Night Burstin" made by KinkCollector/AwesomeSir so I suggest trying, downloading and doing a gameplay video of it when it releases. Unless if you're not interested which is completely understandable.

Also I'm really sorry that you had a horrid experience in general with the FNF community, like FNF wasn't made for kids and fetishes like these are bound to happen eventually. Honestly screw those people complaining and making you stop the mod(tho I understand your decision), do what you love most. Honestly the fetish we like is fine as long as kids aren't involved. Regardless FNF community is pretty problematic with so much drama, controversy and so many mods being deleted. For me I would wait to see if FNF is less popular and then work on it.
