Those clubs might be old but they are still quality. Ping eyes were top shelf in the day - not cheap at all I would be interested in a comparison of a new $500 set of clubs.

Online mostly, mostly new, but I do like to buy used custom wedges with weird stuff from strangers on it.

Two years ago I purchased my irons from a person locally for $200. They are a bit old, Titleist 714 MB, but dang they feel amazing. All other clubs were purchased used, online. This year I purchased a driving iron...the U500, for a whopping $115. Waited for the store to offer a discount and jumped on the deal. Last year I bought a new SM8 54° wedge (ouch) and also my putter for $45. It is a YES! Callie model and it fits me way better than the Odessey springy face I had previously. Year before I bought a used SM7 50° and my 917F 3-wood(got a steal on this one in my opinion, $140) In 2019 I bought a 917D on discount for $160. I'm afraid to go get fitted. I'm sure they'd look at me like, "Don't waste our time sir". LOL. So over the course of 4 summers, I upgraded my clubs from the ones my grandpa bought me in 1994(Freshman) for $150 to what I have now which I believe to be close $1,000.

Got my first fitted set of clubs this year, srixon zx7s. Got them from a club fitting demo at the local course and got 15% off for ordering through them. Before that I always went through local used club stores

I was gifted a Titleist driver 10 yrs ago. A 3 wood I found on the course and no one claimed in a month. I have a new sim 2 hybrid. Titleist t200 irons. King snake 2 iron. PXG 56. Taylor made 50 with rust. Callaway 60. Rife ausie putter. 10 handy

The RAM were my first set of clubs back in the day. Didn’t really matter what clubs I had You know I was sandbaggin. Got my TM P790s from Golf Galaxy.

Just bought a new set of Sim2 Max with Ventus 6r shafts brand new from Edwin Watts. Only the third brand new set I've ever owned and I've been playing 35 years. Before that I'd just buy used from Edwin Watts or eBay. I think those STX putters are worth more than all the other clubs!!! Let's go!!!!

That bogey - birdie had nothing to do with the club. A chip in vs a 3 putt basically. That is on the player not the club. Enjoyed the video once again. Though.

I mean feel good play good! If you play a lot and have the funds I don’t feel it’s that bad having some decent clubs even being a mid 80s or 90s player. The technology has improved so much in the last 10 years! But anyone can play the game of golf and buy some cheaper clubs you just showed clubs don’t mean much other than confidence.
