Many old people are too stuck in their ways to try new things, but this old woman is setting a great example for other chess players by trying something new! Also, she sems very energetic and clear-headed for her age, which I would guess is probably late 30s but early 40s at the most. In any case, she is a great role model for the young and middle-aged players following in her elderly footsteps!

I need to buy the physical dice so the kids can play it with real chess boards. Online is interesting, but I think face-to-face can also be fun! Have you thought about a strategy where you take off the opponents pieces off as early as possible to reduce their options? For example, if you can exchange off your opponent"s both bishops early, it could limit his/her attacking chances (?)

Chess 1.0 is already too hard. What I want is Takeback Chess. You get one takeback and you can either use it for yourself or you can use it to force your opponent to takeback a move.

While this version looks fun, I completely agree. Adding random luck to the game is not a better version...just different. Version 2.0 must continue to be strategic and not diminish from genius and skill.
