New players get into the game with disposable income. Ask their buddies what's the best deck? They build it and start learning. Also could've easily borrowed the deck from a friend to learn how to play. I think when I got back into the game after a 10 year hiatus I spent like 500ish on branded during kash format.

Same but I spent 250 on rikka (came back after leaving around nekroz format) then had zero success getting whooped at locals (kash was everywhere even bottom tables) so I built kash just in time for ban ariseheart. Then I moved on to purrely and infernobles and unchained after that ban it was fire kings structures all the way to pure snake and I hate the deck wish I never built it. Now playing 55 card branded and infernoid snake eyes just cuz

The spell branded lost says that opp can’t rapping to the summon oh his fusion cards or something like that, meaning if branded player has quick effects(branded n red/ sanctifire dragon) he can use them and opp pretty much cannot respond because it is bc within the summon window of his fusion monster. Hope that helped a little!

I can’t speak for Pak but if they let you go battle you swing over appolusa probably and then in Mp 2 you try to bait out the IP or hope harbinger with a spell and then just chain droplet to send the spell you activated plus the albaz to negate IP and hope harbinger. That would stop them from getting flamberg to GY. And then since he has thrust, Cartesia and branded opening you just play from there

Nah not at resolution of branded red. Pak activated sanctifier on the summon of sanctifier. He could have definitely chained nib on resolution of granguignol sending puppet or upon the activation of branded in red. But once the branded in red resolves as cl1 the summon window is protected.

Field spell is a an optional trigger effect, meaning he can chose to activate it but if he does it has to be cl2. If the field spell is cl2 then appolusa no longer has an opportunity to chain to the activated monster effect. If they choose to use appolusa quick effect in direct response to Aluber effect they are choosing also to not activate the trigger of the field spell. Essentially the field spell as cl2 would chain block appolusa from negating aluber and if they choose to use apollosa quick effect (Apollusa is not a trigger effect it’s an optional quick effect when the activation conditions are met) then they are choosing to leave the activation window of the field spell since apollusa is activating a quick effect. If the field spell was a quick effect then there would be no issue chaining it to apollusa.

Could be your area, really dry or really humid areas will bend the cards. Just try to keep them in cool tempatures like in your box then bag a lot of the time.
