I would recommend you doing boss fights with some of your subscribers that plays this game. You should also do world quests to know more about the stories of each region but it might take a while to get through, but getting leveled up will also help you level your characters up faster. Another thing that you should know about genshin is the stories it has, it’s pretty interesting, funny, and sometimes gets boring but that’s what genshin mostly has so you know more about the characters in different regions. I’d love to see you cosplay as a character in genshin WHILE playing genshin and complete quests, I’d be fun and maybe interesting. Oh if you want to know how to play with online people you’ll have to reach to AR 16 and it’ll unlock co-op mode so you can have friends or subs over to your world.

Mike, please, please, please, do the story quests. They give you lots of gems, after you finish one area's story you begin to unlock the next, and more characters to potentially fall in love with. Also, side note, whenever you're doing summons: 3-star - Blue, always weapon 4-star - Purple, can be character or weapon; at ;east one is guaranteed every x10 summon. 5-star - Gold, can be character or weapon, usually summoned at around 90 pity/9 x10 sumoons is a guaranteed five star. Characters can also be different weapon types and different elements, so be sure to keep track of that and study elemental reactions to build a good team. Please level up your characters to max, it may take a little bit of grinding but it's very worth it, as you get free blue fates (summons on standard banner/Qiqi banner) and your characters get stronger.

even though you will likely not play this for another year: wishing: -5*: guaranteed every 90 wishes on limited or standard banners, guaranteed every 80 wishes on weapon banners. on limited and standard once you hit 75 your chances significantly increase. this is what people refer to as "soft pity". 90 is "hard pity". on weapon banner soft pity is 65, hard is 80. on all banners, at least 1 4* (character or weapon) is guaranteed in every ten pull. on limited banners if the 4* is not a character featured on that banner then the next 4* is guaranteed to be one of them. leveling: ascension and leveling up will be your main focus, while talents should also be leveled as the actual character level is too. weapon level is not quite as important unless the substat is something like crit rate/dmg or atk. builds: there are a lot of building videos or websites online that can show you the best builds for certain roles on different characters, these help a lot in also understanding how team comps work ALSO ARTIFACTS ARE SO IMPORTANT SO LOOKING AT THESE HELPS A LOT TO KNOW WHICH ARE BETTER FOR WHAT CHARACTERS story: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PROGRESS IN THE STORY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE INAZUMAN CHARACTERS BC YOU CAN'T GET THEIR MATERIALS UNTIL INAZUMA UNLOCKS. exploration: it is extremely important to have all teleports and domains unlocked. leveling statues isn't hard in mondstadt or liyue, but once you get to inazuma and beyond there are a lot of puzzles and mechanisms. youtube has tutorials for just about every one. leveling staues and finding waypoints also gives you primos so likee meta: don't care about it. have fun while playing the game and PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PACE YOURSELF BECAUSE OTHERWISE BURNOUT IS SO EASY TO SUFFER FROM also you can co-op at AR 16 edit: added something on artifacts. 3*-4* artifacts will work until you can get to 5* ones, but you will likely have to search specifically f2p options so you can find out what's best to use out of what you have. also please pay attention to substats and all goblets should usually be their elemental dmg unless the character in question is meant for physical dmg

To level your characters you need the ascension materials. But to get those you need to unlock the quests. You don’t really need to do the story or world quests but some of them are important for the archon quests. The archon quests are like introductions to the region you’re in. Right now, there are 2 regions you can unlock without doing the quests and those are liyue and sumeru. You can unlock inazuma by getting to Adventure Rank 30 and finishing the quests. To unlock parts of the map unlock teleport waypoints and statue of sevens. You can get the lv up books by the blue ley lines and the yellow ley lines are for mora(currency used for alot of things). To get the ascension stuff just fight bosses,go around the map collect the things you need and ascend. And don’t waste your fragile resin until adventure rank 45 you need it for artifacts. To get artifacts you need to unlock domains. Also unlock the domains for the talent books. Each character has a different talent book.

Advice for the game because it can get *very* addicting: • It's important to finish the main quest storyline first because there are other quests that are locked behind it. If the main quest is locked it means that a certain number of characters is "busy" in another quest, it is recommended to finish that quest first and the continue the main one. • When it comes to your characters, keeping them alive is most important, the damage can come in at later stages when you have unlocked domains that allow you to farm for artifacts, talent books and weapon ascension materials for your characters. Some weapons are obtained via wishing/chest hunting/events/the shop and crafting by the blacksmith. • Wishing on banners guarantees a 4 star every 10 pulls and a 5 star every 70 to 90 pulls, sometimes you may get lucky and get a 5 star earlier than expected, which to majority of the community is very lucky. Choose carefully who exactly you want to wish for, it saves a lot of time and money when you've chosen the character you want to have, this decision leads to skipping character banners, so it becomes a tough decision later on as more characters get reruns. • Gameplay wise, your world level determines how strong your enemies are and the higher the world level (the limit being 8) the stronger the enemies get which leads to needing to level up your characters much more and make them stronger to make any tasks you have easier to do rather than run around avoiding unavoidable enemies in later stages of the game • Always keep an eye on your stamina, whether you are running, climbing swimming or fighting, always make sure you have enough stamina to keep going, sometimes, you can get left stranded in the middle of a river or on a mountain side unable to go anywhere, in single player the only way to get back is to either fall or let yourself drown, in multi-player, you may ask a friend to use a Cryo character to freeze the water and help you walk back onto land or a get character to let you stand on their structure until you have enough stamina to keep climbing. • The regions are pretty overwhelming when you begin to explore them to more quests you complete, it is best to cook as much Adventure-based foods and healing/reviving foods, the more the better, you never know when you can get stuck between a rock and a hard place (e.g Quest related domains, farming domains, bosses etc) • ("Shut up, Paimon") Best line anyone can say in the game, a lot of people in the community don't like Paimon. • At around AR 8-10, you will unlock daily commissions. Daily commissions award you primogems and other resources that will be essential during your journey, you will be given 4 commissions only during the day and you must return to Katheryne for an extra award once you had completed all 4 of your commissions. (There is more in the replies, my phone started lagging here)

I think this might help a little with pulling from characters! in 10 pulls you're always guaranteed to get a 4 star character or weapon from the banner if you reach 50 pulls above there's a soft pity where you might get a 5 star character in the banner or you can get another 5 star character whos not in the banner (Jean, keqing, mona, qiqi, diluc, tighnari ) 90 pulls above if you still haven't gotten a 5 star from 50 above 90pity above is guaranteed that you will get the character from the banner. I hope this helps with pulling the characters !! character archives is where you'll see all the characters you pulled and haven't the banners will change after every three weeks :] you can look at the next banners in the official genshin account from hoyoverse. tho just have fun playing the game i hope you enjoy:D

1. there are 7 elements in the game that different characters can have, which are: - pyro (fire) - cryo (ice) - electro (electricity) - geo (rocks) - anemo (wind) - hydro (water) - dendro (plants) 2. there are 7 nations as well (with four being released so far), and you have to do your archon quests to guide you through them. you can also just go to the areas without doing the quests, with the exception being inazuma as the nation is quest locked. the nations are: - mondstadt - liyue - inazuma -sumeru - fontaine -natlan - snezhnaya 3. you can look up beginner guides (which are extremely helpful) and beginner character builds, as well as early game lore so you won't be so confused.

i hopped for this to come back I'm so happy me after watching video: theres a bit to cover but ill talk about when getting characters. So there are such things as trial characters where you can play as a character for certain quests, however not every trial character is automatically in your team once quest is complete. the icon that looks like a compass shows available events and quests to complete and some of those quests gift you characters for free. but apart from the ones you can get from quests, the rest of the characters in game (eg. raiden shogun and kamisato ayato) are wish banner characters which you already know. im running out of space but i hoped that helped!!

Went onto KZbin to rewatch your drv3 playthrough, did not expect this, lmao Anyways, for tips, lemme give you some✨ 1: Wishing. You want wish for characters, and for weapons. For characters event banners, (characters that only show up every once in a while, aka: Hu Tao) You use intertwined fates. You also use intertwined fates for the weapon banner (although I suggest you don't wish there, it's a scam lmao). You only use acquaint fates for the standard banner (I suggest you don't pull on standard banner, since you can get a lot of what's on there in the event banner anyways. There is another part for wishing, which is the pity system. Every ten wishes, you get a guaranteed four star (you can get four stars before ten pity, but there's a low chance for that) So you're guaranteed at least a four star for each ten pull. When you wish 1-72 times, there's a low chance for you to get a five star. But between about 73-77 pity, there is a higher chance for you to get a five star. If you don't get a five star then, you are guaranteed a five star at 90 pity. BUT BE WARNED: You can not always get what you want when you get a five star. When you get a five star, you have a 50/50 to win. A 50/50 chance to get the character you want. If you win, congrats! You got the character and have another 50/50 to win the next time you get a 5 star. If you lose however, you get one of these characters instead: Mona, Diluc, Qiqi, Jean, Keqing, or Tighnari. But if you lose, the next five star you get is guaranteed to be the featured character(the weapon banner does not work the same way, I suggest you search that up). 2. Names/Pronunciation This is short, it's better to search how to pronounce names, since different pronunciations can link to different regions, and other things. But, "X"s mostly are pronounced like "sh". So "Xaio", would be "Shaow" And some "c"s may be like "ch" so "Qiqi" would be "chi-chi" (also Raiden can be pronounced as "Ri-den" and Euthymia is like "you-thigh-me-ah") 3. Artifacts You don't have to worry about this just yet, but you are going to need good artifacts and weapons on your characters. Different artifacts have different set bonuses that you can use to better your characters. Like for example, for an anemo/wind character, you can use an artifact set that enhances their anemo damage bonus. Again, I suggest you search up what artifacts to use on certain characters. And also, you can still have bad luck on artifacts. When you get them, you can get different stats. Such as: Crit Rate/Damage%, HP%, ATK%, DEF%, ect. And as you level up your artifacts, you can level up substats on the artifact. Again, I suggest you search up what "builds" and stats you should have on characters. 4: Weapons: Different weapons have different bonuses and sub stats. For example, If a character needs more hp to better enhance their performance, then you should use a weapon with an HP% substat (there's more to it, but it's a lot-) 5: Ascension: This is how you level up your characters. You use Character EXP to level them up (They look like white/red/purple pieces of paper). You can farm those from ley lines to get more to level characters up. All characters require drops from bosses, different types of plants or crystals, drops from enemies, and each character requires crystals respective to their given element. You need a certain amount of each in order to raise the max level of your characters (max level is 90) Weapons also require ascension, which will need drops from different domains, and drops from enemies. 6: Daily Commissions: Each time the day resets in game, your daily commissions reset. You unlock daily commissions after you do a certain quest (I don't remember which one). Whenever you complete a new regions quest, you can choose to set your dailies there, or just have them wherever. After you complete all 4 of your daily commissions, you go back to the adventures guild (doesn't matter what region) so you can get extra rewards. Each daily gives you 10 Primogems and other rewards. And when you go back to the adventures guild, you get an extra 20 Primogems and more rewards. So, you can get at least 60 Primogems in a single day. 7: Quests There are different types of quests. Story Quests, Archon Quests, and World Quests. Archon Quests are the main story of the game. They're how you unlock new areas. Story Quests are mostly quests that focus on a certain 5 star character. But there are some story/Interlude quests that you are required to do in order to continue Archon Quests. And lastly, World quests. You can find these quests around the map. And they can vary in length and rewards. Some are as easy as give an npc an item, others can take you a long time to complete (there's one that takes a whole week to complete). And some quest rewards can be as boring as just a few pieces of ore, to 50 Primogems (That may not seem like a lot, but primos are a rare currency when they are earned and not bought). Sometimes, when doing a quest, you may be interrupted saying you can't continue since a character is busy with another quest, or you need to complete another quest before you finish your current one, so watch out for that. 8: Spiral Abyss This is basically the "end game" content of Genshin. There are 12 floors. You use the characters you have to go against the enemies on that floor. In the first few floors, you only need one team with your characters. But later on, you need two teams. The Spiral Abyss resets every few weeks (I think only floors 9-12 reset). You get plenty of Primogems from the Spiral Abyss if you complete floors. When fighting in the Spiral Abyss, you have a time limit. The amount of them you take to defeat enemies affects how many stars you get. If you get all three stars, you get all the rewards for that floor. Some other floors instead of a time limit, have a challenge where you need to protect a monument. An instead of a time limit, you have to have it's hp survive, have it's hp above a certain percent, and you get all the rewards for that floor. The floors get progressively harder as you move further along, so be careful. And after all of that, there's still so much more to cover. But I'm sure other people in the comments will cover them. Hi bijuu welcome back to genshin! Im a player for two years almost the release of the game! The wishing system is a little bit complicated but every 10 pulls you are guaranteed a four star character. Singles and ten pulls are exactly the same so dont worry to save for a ten pull, 10 pulls are just more flashy. 5 star characters can take up to 90 pulls, but if your lucky you can get early :D though there is a thing of soft pity once you get to 70 wishes in. Every five star you pull yor pity resets. Losing to a other character on a character Banner makes you guaranteed to get the character displayed on the banner. On character banners there is a history button to check how many wishes you done. I hope you have fun 🌹 also the story is actually really good, i 100% recommend it! Also! Character tips! Go to the character button in the menu and go to talents and read what they can do! Element reactions: anything with pyro is just for big damage. Cryo there is freeze with hydro, stops enemies in place. Cryo and electro make superconduct! Superconduct makes enemies have physical resistance. Hydro and electro, if the enemies are wet it will cause a chain reaction of electro damage. Geo if it touches any element makes little shields (very weak tho). Anemo can use elements to to attack more. And dendro is new. Dendro and electro buffs both dendro and electro. Dendro and hydro make little fruit on the ground, and you can use pyro or electro. Dendro anemo and geo dont react together 😭 sorry its a lot

They are only useful if you like large amounts of hashbrowns. 2 is pay attention, almost everything has a hidden something to it and even if it's not hidden there are just so many nice details. Unrelated I would listen to an audio recording of you reading the books in the archive. 3 don't use primos on standard banner, only wishes you get from the monthly exchange from paimon shop. 4 enjoy your waifus I would tell you everything about the "building a village" but you can't get that for a while. Just know it is called a teapot and you live in it. Don't question it.

Ok here are the wishing mechanics and some tips for you Bjjuu . 1. Every time you pull on a banner there will be a thing called 50/50 is when you reach a certain amount of wishes , it will not always be the character on the banner . If you do not get the character on the banner then next time you pull you will get a guaranteed 5 star . 2. 4 stars are guaranteed every ten pull/s it will not always be a character it may be a weapon. 3 . On the weapon banner there is a thing where you can choose which weapon you want on the limited weapon banner . To get the weapon you want you must earn 2 points , these points are obtainable if you get a five star weapon that you do not want . After you have earned 2 points you must wish till 50/50 . 4 ( My Opinion ) . Don’t wish on the standard banner because the rewards are not that good but you can pull on that banner if you want . 5 . The characters you want may not always be on there . They may sometimes be back on re-runs ( re-runs are when the character comes back for a wish banner ) 6 . Wish for who you want do not listen to people who say the character you want to play is bad . That’s all ! I hope you have a nice time playing Genshin !

I already commented but I wanted to put this as a separate comment, just some basic things to know, I do not understand anything about meta and numbers but I can help a little. Knowing your elemental reactions, just like with Pokémon,it will do better damage. Even if you don’t know anything about artifacts and weapons like me, knowing elements helps. Electro + Hydro = Electrocharged Pyro + Hydro = Vaporize Cryo + Hydro = Freeze Dendro + Hydro = Bloom Anemo + anything = Swirl which sometimes the anemo can pick up the properties of the other elements which it then carries on until the end of the reaction. Geo + anything = Crystalize elemental crystals are created which your character can pick up and gain a shield of that elemental type I suggest looking up an elemental chart for Genshin to go further in depth.

It's so fun watching you okay genshin 😊 So, the place where you build stuff is called a serenitea teapot, you unlock it around liyue which is another region. You were using the character raiden right btw, her E also applies electro to normal attacks. And i recommend levelling Jean up if you want, 5 stars are the best characters in the game. Also tips for making your characters stronger, Look into artifacts, you probably don't have any good ones ATM but even leveled up 3 star artifacts are good at your level. Do domains and ley lines for level up materials. Don't forget the talents! Ight bye
