It's an easy fix. If you couldn't handle that then the mod itself would be a challenge for you as well.

You just had to press cancel and turn off the shader cache option once u get into the menu. Literally just look up the solutions for problems like those before giving up brother

There’s no MW2 multiplayer remastered. This game is going to run off of CoD4 Remastered so you’re good. All you have to do is download the mod on Friday when it drops
