I just started playing mobas when the Xbox update came out and I’m still new af but I don’t get how yall know exactly what to build. I hate being a noob at a game 💀

It comes with the time as you slowly get to know what item does what and what item helps your hero or something like that. Idk I‘m laying tired in bed.

Well, if i dont play a hero a lot, I’ll typically look up a build or make one up based on how i want to play the hero.

It takes some time, and I'm new to mobas too, but how I started with this game is in the recommended tab. For most competitive builds, it has what you want in that tab. Then, if it doesn't quite have what you want for a build you're building, either look at the item shop in between matches or go to the practice range to test things out. It's also super helpful when watching videos like this to pause when they're buying an item you're not familiar with to see what it does. Lastly, if you want to see good competitive builds, keep watching this guy, but if you want to see some more experimental builds, check out JoeYoursTruly cause he's got some fun stuff

I’m in elo hell right now matchmaking has been giving me nothing but bots, feeders and quiters. I was over 1400 mmr a week and a half ago. I’m 1280 right now. Have lost like 15 of my last 20 idk what the fuck is going on but every single have a minimum of 2 people going 0-10 or worse. I normally fill and play whatever but I’m so sick of being stuck as support with a entire team that is brain dead.

I was getting frustrated like you, watching what some of your teammates were doing. Game is fun but that matchmaking and role selection really needs work cause mannnn do I understand.

I've noticed that you max the Q and not the stun, in other games also..isn't it better to max the stun first? or you just give more value to the damage that the Q does? btw, you keep sayin that you don't like play support but everytime you play dekker it's a fuckin carnage

Dekker doesn’t do much damage and the q atleast helps with the pressure. Stun would usually be maxed next

@@ForgedWithinFlame mmm idk man, I've seen many top players max the stun first and then the cage. I've always maxxed the q first but lately I started maxing the stun (to pretend i'm like a pro) and I just wanted to know if there is another reason besides the damage

If i get the support role, I'm not actually trying to support. I'm basically a dps. So maxing the beam allows me to put more pressure and kill stuff.

@@davidelombardo6145 exactly what he is saying and believe it or not dekker although a support if you play her as a dps you get a lot more synergy out of her. Her support doesn’t come from intentionally supporting, it could, but if you use her move set correctly you act as dps while supporting your team. She’s very important in team fights because of her move set
