Oh man if you had gone Navori instead of IE, with the season 13 buffs it got you probably could’ve done 120% Max health damage instead, because it multiplies all of your damage from abilities by up to 20% and it only has 10 lower AD. Plus with its passive and haste you could’ve gotten your Q cd down to under 1 second XD

8:13 Fiora's Q prioritizes the target with the lowest percentage of health. It's a percentage, not a quantity. For example, a tower may have 700 hp and you have 200, but as a percentage, the tower has 15% health left, and you still have 25%. In this case, her Q will go to the tower. I learned this truth the hard way. I wonder how many times I dived under the tower, and the enemy survived because of this mechanic?

That's not true, this is her Q's priority according to the wiki: The stab prioritizes in order of: Enemy champion affected by Grand Challenge. Vitals facing Fiora. Champions who would die to the strike. The nearest champion. Enemies that would die to the strike. The closest enemy. Structures Wards. In other words it will always prioritize a champion over a structure.

if the point of this build is to max out your AD wouldn't a manamune work? it gives 35+2.5% max mana AD, and gives 500mana+360 from stacks, and you already had 1100+max mana at the end, so that would have been roughly 2000 mana, which would have given 85AD for a single item

So I played a game today where we were winning on all lanes, with top being even. Our jungler was also doing seemingly better than theirs. Then their hecarim built Duksblade into Spear of Shojin and pentakilled (only 1 official penta but eh) us multiple times. We killed his entire team super easily for him to just run over our team. 1-shotting the squishies and needing maybe another 2 autos for our 2 tanks whilst taking no damage. Admittedly he also did play those fights quite well, but wth?

question 100% of max hp: if a champ has 2000 hp (assuming that is the max hp), why not the true dmg is 2000 at 100%. Maybe I am not understanding the max hp correctly? It also did not appear healing as much as I thought it would be. Sorry my game knowledge is fairly limited.

Sounds like you are confusing max hp with base hp, which is what champions have at lvl 1 and gain a certain amount of per level. Max hp is your base hp, and your bonus hp from runes(grasp, overgrowth) abilities(cho r, sion w, vlad passive) and your items (literally any item with hp) combined. So while an adc might have around 2000 hp like you said late game (due to them not having any bonus hp because they focus on offensive stats) toplaners, junglers, and supports usually have bonus hp, especially tanks that are usually in those roles. They can reach over 5k max hp with ease from the items they build and how their base stats increase, so that is why it is not shown as a fixed 2000 damage in the tool tip. The enemy max health varies so it shows as max hp (if you read this far I hope this helped)
