We've seen how big he is in the very first cinematic they made (starts at roughly twice the size of the human sized champions and ends up triple that by the end), and out of lore they've mentioned he's around a couple stories tall (prefacing that by saying in-lore he's always at max stacks size-wise) but gradually grows as he continues eating.

Around 2606 AU (1 AU being the diameter of the distance from earth to the sun). Ton 618 is actually less than half the size of our solar system. Its just that it is obscenely dense, so it has a mass larger than andromeda even
