It's not a horrible game for what it is. Considering this was a flip phone game from 2007. It was rereleased as a preservation effort, not to make a crazy cool and fun game for 2024. The characters are all so unique and interesting designs and gendered by versions. I wish they were brought back for newer games. I would be interested to see remakes of these old games over AWL or FoMT tbh 😅 A lot had a ton of unique plots and ideas.

For me, I want more new games in the SoS series. This generation we only got ONE new story of seasons game… and it wasn’t the best 😅 Take into account that the Switch has had the longest life span of any Nintendo home console and it’s even more ridiculous that we only got one true new game. That being said, I would love to see some old marriage candidates come back. I think PoOT kind of had the right idea by making past marriage candidates come back as DLC… even if it was implement poorly.

@@elithegaymer I can definitely agree. The remakes honestly were not great (both killed the games they were based on between the graphics and the removal of features) and PoOT I think was the most controversial SoS game yet. Plus the new one already is getting mixed reviews from on trailer. It is a bit ridiculous.

@@angorahm4640 Honestly I am a bit worried about the future of Story of Seasons games. Not because of the trailer, but because of what the developers have been saying. Fans have been asking… for better graphics? Um, no, I honestly don’t think I have ever gotten a comment from a fan saying that the graphics are what’s causing them to be unhappy with a game, haha. I think innovation is really important right now. There are so many farming games that you have to do something to stand out.

Honestly I'm surprised at how much this game has considering it's a phone game that's only a few years shy of 20 years old

Do you know when it’s coming to the American Eshop? I don’t mind if it’s translated or not, since I can just use my translation app on my phone like I do for Tomodachi Collection.

He said there are no plans to translate the game in English within the video, which means they more than likely will not bring it to the west.

Well yeah, its a port, not a remake. And it was an old phone app. A FLIPPHONE app. Not even a smart phone. Its gonna be limited. Flip phones at most had maybe 2-5 gb of storage space and thats only for the expensive and later models. Like, close to 2008 -10.
