You can turn right outta your bunker and head South through the shallow water under the bridge. Cross underneath and come up easily into the oncoming traffic side. Screws up the enemy NPC spawn too.

They took about 200-300k from most primary targets, mayby 50-100k from most secondarys and also added 75k To setup cost. So almost 400-500k nerf. That is way too much. Why they even made it so good at the beginning if they are going To nerf it so late To games lifecycle

To everyone who doesn't actually know the numbers, cayo was nerfed by 30% for all primary targets except for Madrazo Files and Pink diamond. Additionally all Secondary Targets have been nerfed excluding Gold and I believe Cocaine.
