the thing is i'd also be sorta on your side but as some1 in the community, our community is way to conservative and easily offended by anything other than the norm especially online so I'm glad they're trying something new at least but game looks a little clunky.

Maybe next time try going closer to the net when hitting the ball. You can do more powerful hits that way without hitting the net

Simon stop slicing all the time and play the point out with only flat or top spin shots, only slice with your backhand

if you want to charge towards a ball hold L2/R2 on PS5 and aim towards the ball. He will get there much quicker

if you get there, i usually do R1 + TopSpin shot. This is a high arching shot compared to the regular TopSpin.

Definitely a game not worth buying at full price, be lucky for them to buy it with even 60% off can't see it getting much mileage and can imagine myself getting bored of this very quickly.
