This might help you a little, a bogey would be when they go over par (The 'par' is how many goes they can have on one hole), it's bad to get bogey lol. Putter is what they'd use to move the ball towards the hole/on the green for smaller shots, handicap is I think the ability of the golfer (It's super complex though + I'm still figuring it out haha).. I hope that helps heh.. I don't golf but I play a lot of golf on GTA Online hahah ! To add, a birdie is when you get under the set amount of moves (A birdie is very good basically haha)
