Yeah it was literally there for no reason. Also it’s beta 3 btw as beta 1 was a huge buggy mess and was basically alpha 4 with the apartment and tutorial but the alpha 4 house

Beta 3 is basically act 3 with a different basement and Nicky’s apartment instead of his house from act 1 and a few other differences like the wrench being there and the gramophone for the golden apple and a different storyline to the full game completely and some other stuff is different.

I've been looking for that wrench too, everyone doesn't care but I do. In the final version there's a red wrench that opens the ladder to the roof and the ladder you opened but I remember there used to be a wrench in the locker or well that AND YOU FOUND IT

2:58 stop the train right near the thing where you can unlock the ladder, do some parkour off the pipe and on to the train and on to the roof and if you go down the ladder there is a red wrench I’m sure you know, I wish I knew about that gold wrench for you haha… and then ther was a crowbar so hot it looked good and I thought it was a wrench for a minute but no…. Player and neighbor animations are different. The hand gets crippled when you move while crouched. The chair isn’t white, it’s a different color. The window isn’t red. The key is brown instead of red. There’s no animated jumpscare for the neighbor, he only charges at you and sometimes stays idle. And those are all the differences i can spot in act 1. Let me know what else I missed.

You need an Xbox one or later and a physical copy of Hello Neighbor and if you have that what you do is uninstall hello neighbor then turn off your internet and reinstall it and it should be 1.0.0.3 and then you launch it and it should be the pre release and you cant turn your internet back on or else it will update to the latest version

I remeber when hello neighbor came to ps4 I brought it and I remeber in one playtrhough back when it realised 1 month ago I saw in act 1 what looked to be a unused basement door it had a key code boards and it was a white door not yellow like in act 3 so I don't know what the door was ment be cause I aged the whole game and not a signal exit door in hello neighbor had no white exit door only yellow so mabey it's unused idk

if you dont have a hello neighbor disc, get one, if you do, uninstall hello neighbor with the disc out from now you can follow the steps no matter what you did before put the disc in, with your internet off, let it install the game, then run it, but if you turn your internet back on, it will make it not pre release, so if you want it to be pre release again, turn your internet off, uninstall the game with the disc out, then put the disc in with your internet off, and run the game, so you will have to keep completing those steps every time you turn your internet on
