Agree with you skill, one of my first thoughts is that the "2nd reticle" thing isn't a good enough indication to show the player that the gun is still cooling down. There should be a small icon to the side of the reticle with a timer or something showing it instead, kinda like the siege or turbo mode.

The craziest part is that there *is* a display of the additional cooldown time right below reload time. But it disappears once you fire and only the reload time is visible until after you've reloaded.

For the game these boxes are probably the best. While the tiger maus is pretty good that’s all. The tanks are on par with the meta with no BZ’s or Skodas. No real filler tanks too. As far as loot boxes goes these are pretty good.

I LOVE the T-832 and think its one of the best T8 Prems. Averaging 3.7k dpg. The Type 63 is super similar and has a great turret. I think its going to be a great tank.

Hey Skill man, these videos of yours are great! You mastered the multitask of "talking fluently with matter while gaming live", which i couldnt do as proper. Have been watching different content creators for these Tanks (because you were a good boi) and i must say that has been painful. I dont want to hear from others, that the E75 is just better than whatever and you shouldnt play anything else, or even start to compare the Type 63 with something and then say type is worse without even playing it. You compare for 30 secs if even, start to bring in your own thoughts and then just bam, right into gameplay. Thank you for bringing these great guides everytim man! 🔥

I was thinking of getting some, but seems very expensive. With 2.4% you need an average of 50 boxes ( a bit less) for one. Also I haven't played in a while, but I always play around x-mass

​@@TheHighborn The more you buy the "cheaper" it gets, or better said you get more worth for your money. If you are only in for the Gold, buying it directly is better than e.g. 25 boxes. However 50 boxes = tank. If you want to get good stuff for your money I'd say 80/100 boxes is more for it. You get 2 guaranteed tanks and a Hella lot Gold with which you can buy more prem tanks

This tank is a beauty. Get hulldown and just farm. The gun is very very precise aswell. Feels like you hit 80% of your shots. Almost all of the flick shots pen aswell.

I got the type 63 in my first 10 boxes, and I'm a huge fan. the gun is absolutely insane, and while this isn't gonna be a normal assault heavy, it's gun is an absolute menace

Its a nice tank, but people can push in front and use the higher DPM to outtrade you. The Turret is well armored,but Artys can hit hard. After 2 Arty hits only few hit points are left.

Hydraulics seem to be broken lately. The Mittlerer does the same thing with jumping crosshair when trying to use gun depression. I played STB-1 again lately and it doesn't have this issue which is super weird

I don't understand why ammunition gets 2 stars for example... 230 pen is pretty good in t8 for a heavy, only td-s have relevantly higher than that, and it has 1150m/s speed which is again pretty good. The gold ammunition with 290 pen is again in the higher tiers and HEAT always have just around 900-950speed

For skill, ammo rating just means how big the pen gap is between standard and gold. If ap is bad but gold is good it will have 1 star. If ap is good and gold is bad it'll have 4 stars. If both are good but gap is small it will have 5 stars. If both are horrible it might have 4 stars again because gold isn't making the tank much better. Might as well spam standard.

It's 2 stars because you're going to spam the gold if you actually want to fight heavies. 5 star ammo rating means you don't need to spam gold to deal high damage

One really good aspect of this year's loot boxes is the absence of broken tanks. Some of the tanks are fun to play, they have their specifics, but are not OP. BZ 176 is a bit cringe, in particular when you have those tier 6 mm .

Bit late on this video but in my opinion the Type 63 is incredible as a hulldown tank. hide over hills, behind rubble everything, but do not show the flats of your oscillating turret behind those angled bits otherwise people will hit your ammo rack. because your ammo rack is in the rear on the sides of your turret, making it very easy to ammo rack this tank if you're not careful in it so try to lift your gun like the OBJ 752. People seem to not understand how this tank really plays, making most if not all of my encounters with them kind of meh because I end up slaughtering them most of the time in my own 63. I've got this thing equipped with Vents, a gun rammer and an Improved rotation mechanism. You can be very aggressive in this tank and pleasantly so. But don't be aggressive, playing passively is quite good. Overall I love how this tank plays. I love how the gun handles I love the tank itself and I had the funds to actually decorate it how I wanted, I aimed for the whole wolf pack theme and with my other tanks I do the same thing with those too. the "Wolf hunting prey" thing is stuck in my head with this tank. As it's power output does not come from raw aggression, it comes from patience and caution. And when it's time to strike, then that raw aggression comes to play. TL;DR This tank is an absolute monster when played right, passive over aggression, play downhill or uphill and hide your hull, the wolf hunts it's prey with patience and caution, etc.

Like most oscillating turrets the gun elevation is very poor, looks like that will be a problem. Gun cooling is weird that it jumps rather than how heat dispersion actually works as a gradual change. Also WG doing their classic "hey this tank line has a novel feature, let's fuck some other stats" very poor damage for a T8 heavy, makes the cooling feature even worse as you spend 15s to shoot 320 damage.

Having a cool down period to .28 accuracy is the same as saying it has .28 accuracy with a long 5 second aim time, but at 3 seconds it will be down to .37 accuracy so you could still shoot then if you wanted to.

I think this "mechanic" just needs to be on ALL tanks in the game. Like 1.5 reload times is cooling time. So like if you snipe from far away RNG is somewhat less, as the circle is smaller, when upclose or you spam - you suffer a penalty. (But I mean penalty should be what we have now, and cooled down reticle should be smaller). I was thinking of something like this before and it would be very cool I think :D

BUT SKILL. The garage is lying. There is a space over the side where you can depress the gun 10 degrees but the suspension doesn't have full effect over the side so you can't reach 14 degrees. WG were lazy and said 10 degrees over the side + 4 degrees suspension depression = 14 depression. But the front only has 8 degrees and the side can't use the 4 from the suspension. 12 is the maximum

Since when 0.32 accuracy is not EPIC for a heavy tank and you have to wait for the cooldown to get 0.27? I think the cooldown bonus is just a luxury bonus... you don't really need it, so no reason to wait, if you have to shoot just shoot Would made more sense to use the new mechanism if it was down to 0.27 from 0.40 for example

You keep saying you do not need to wait for the extra accuracy, but this is a support heavy tank, if you have the time to wait 2 more seconds and actually hit your longer ranged shot, what does it cost apart giving yourself more chance to hit? rng is rng, but the game offers more chance by being patient... Sure at close range, no need, but at mid to long range, hitting or not hitting, dpm never really mattered if you do not hit so... but well that is just my opinion.

This is a TD, *NOT* a heavy tank at all. It cannot brawl at all, it WILL die to pretty much everything tier seven up if it even dreams of face hugging. Treat it like a ridge line sniper, second line support all the way.

Ok it's confusing. When it's cooled down but you move the reticle does it mean that you need to cool it again? Or, if you have it cooled, it doesn't matter if you move your gun, it stays at the better aim mode? How does it work.

Skill I noticed something in your index - about field modifications, I can see all the recommended modifications but I can't see the recommendation for the secondary specialisation for the equipment (scouting/firepower etc...). Am I blind or is it missing?

When I read about the gun cooldown ability I assumed it would get gradually more accurate as it cooled up to the max value, but it seems like there's actually no change until it has fully cooled and then it instantly snaps to the fully increased accuracy. Is that correct? Seems an odd way to do it.

i think the idea is that the tank's gun works like a rail-gun, using magnets to further accelerate the shell as it travels through the barrel, and theoretically if the magnets don't cool down completely to the proper temperature, they can malfunction and under-accelerate the shell, or shift its balance and make it tumble through the air. gameplay wise, it just wouldn't be a new mechanic at all if the reticle progressively got smaller like usual, it would just be a tank with lower dispersion and longer aim-time, and they want it to be special

Just a regular medium with hydraulic suspension and 'okay' DPM but with the added advantage of being very accurate if you allow your DPM to go to complete shit. Most of the time the DPM trade off probably wont be worth having the extra accuracy but it's a 'nice-to-have' for those clutch situations where you need to make the shots count

The reticle bounce is why I hate the new KPZ68 tank from the battlepass. It makes it really hard to take snapshots over ridges when the reticle is jumping all over the place

I dont aggree, the hulldown performance of this thing seems to be amazing. Speed is above average, gun seems to be 5 stars. DPM isnt too bad and will work out just fine.

DPM is honestly the biggest problem for this tank. It’s direct competitor, the T32, has a very similar armor profile, a decent gun, but an extra 500 DPM. Honestly this tank would probably have a bit more carry potential if they had given it at least 360 alpha.

More like not expose hull period. AP and APCR struggle against it, bur any HEAT at around 250+ can pen the hull even at max depression. I.e. Ir9n Arnie HEAT should pen the hull no matter the angle every time.
