I post 3 times a week and I see a lot of engagement too. What I will saw about bigger accounts though, they will follow you so you follow them back, but then unfollow you. Now I only follow people who i truly enjoy their content. I never have and never will do “follow for follow”. But I would follow some ppl back just to be nice but then their content wasn’t good lol. So I’ve just stopped

I face the same issues regarding music myself. Trying some of the following stuff myself, maybe you can post some works in progress (WIPs) picts/vids, thoughts before/during/after completion, things that get you through writer's/artist's block etc...I guess these would make it more possible for regular postings, rather than just only posting finished products.

So that means you need 365 good photos per year. Do others have the time and ability to produce those? Photos should be varied, too. I do food photography and I could not come up with 30 different, varied, good photos per months. I probably could, but then I would need more time to shoot I guess. And cook, write captions, come up with ideas what to shoot and what to write etc.
