Given that the game itself had only cost about 100mil, adding a new character is probably max 100k and an entire new city (when we finally get one) max 1mil... no... they don't keep the game running. You have to put it all together, not look at each individually. Plus, the five stars he got, Mona and Keqing I believe, is ones he wanted, which means he still won the 2/5 three times when he lost 50/50. If a f2p got those back to back, you'd be calling them lucky. Just because he bought money and sped up the waiting process doesn't mean it completely negates everything his luck his doing.

There was no luck, he legit had 250,000 primogems, no chance that he wouldn’t get c6 eula at least with pity proccs, even if he got an off banner on each pity he was guaranteed eula the next 90 rolls. He legit had 1,388 rolls- no way he wouldn’t get eula

@@personperson9094 the luck we're talking about is how soon he got C6, not whether or not he was going to get it because that's always a given when it comes to whales. If it helps to think about it, it's like going into wishing prepared with at least 180 pulls for at least one copy of a 5☆ limited character, having no pity, the 50/50 was reset, and then managing that single copy on your first 10pull. That's the kind of luck we're talking about here And in case you were wondering, he managed C6 Eula with a little over 83k primos, that's actually less than half of what you need for worst case scenario C6 (201,600 primos).
