TLDR; max customers = 1.25 * expansions unlocked + Shop Level + Seated customers/2. Min 3, max 28. Just found this info out yesterday. The customer number is dictated by a few things. Ill just post the equation. Max Customer Count = 1 + (Shop Expansions Unlocked * 1.25) + Shop Level + (Number of Customers Sitting / 2). The result is clamped between 3 and 28 which i believe means you can have a minimum of 3 and a max of 28 customers in your shop. But remember that if customers are at a table, for every 1 full table, you earn 1 more max customers.

This dates the video somewhat, as the current game has a vastly different workbench. The new workbench has three different tiers of boxes: HG, MG and PG (which stands for high grade, master grade and perfect grade, AFAIK). Basically it takes the average of the cards added to the box and than assigns the type. If you only have cards < $2, it is HG with a yellow box and worth ~$60. If you have cards worth >$4, you get PG with a red box and worth ~$240. All other values are MG with a light purple box and worth ~$180. At least this was the case, the last time I checked.

By the way, if you set the minimum value of your workbench to certain values, your bulk boxes upgrade and are worth more. Makes it viable to actually sell all your 3-5$ cards

This is a new functionality, that was obviously not available yet, while he made the video. The devs also HEAVILY modified the prices of the box. The cheapest box is now ~$60 and the most expensive ones are ~$240. At least in my game.

Had to leave a second comment. At the end when you lost control of opening packs, what happened was you hit the Tilde (~) key which toggled the auto card open. For some reason, in game, they call Tilde "BackQuote".

Blitz you can place the deodorant machines in shop b next to the entrance against the wall and they will still work and clean the smelly people. It will open up space for the entrance to the store

Blitz I think that the value of the basic destiny cards are lower than the basic packs but I believe that the more expensive cards tend to be worth more
