Nice seeing some people care about epilepsy warnings nowadays, I've got a nephew with epilepsy and he had a seizure because some youtuber was too lazy to warn/care about an epilepsy warning. A pat on the back for you DF!

Yeah got a friend with certain sensitivities in that department. She watches me play games regularly , but I like shoot-em-ups like this allot as well. Nowadays I know what to watch out for and I tell her : " Sorry playing a game today you can't watch " . I can only imagine watching livestreams + problem I also see allot that even if KZbinrs give an epilepsy warning you sometimes would need to like split second speed pause the video because they give the heads-up way to short before the trigger event happens. I'd say people need to learn to at least give 5 seconds in advance so the person has plenty of time grabbing their mouse and pause and skip it.

I'm glad he verbalized the warning. So many people just like listening to DF (me included) that they could miss the visual one because they aren't looking . I don't have epilepsy, but I always like content creators being cognizant of their audience

If I may help with the numbers here: If you are adding 200% (Which I think you are), that is not doubling, that is _tripling_ damage. because you are adding an extra 200% to your base 100%. Edit 10:39 PM 17/10/24: Appears I was wrong, it is increasing it to 200%, not adding 200%, my bad.

Well, your math is right, its just mot games are pretty bad about being clear if something is additive or multiplicative

A good way to tell is if it say "+200% damage" then it's tripling but if it says "200% damage" It's proably just doubling. The other way to tell is if you have things like "25% damage" as an increase then "200% damage" would be triple
