Pulling the actual allnighter is ez af but it's when the morning comes that it gets really hard. Whenever I pull an allnighter I start feeling like shit at like 1 or 2 pm. Then I fall asleep at like 3 pm and wake up at 8 or 9 pm the same evening. And then my sleep schedule is messed up once again and I feel like shit. Happens like 2 times a week lol.

@@manupatel9981 It doesn't affect your health at all if you only pull one all nighter. It's totally fine to pull an all nighter now and then to reset ur sleep schedule, the biggest problem is actually going through with it tho lol, it's hard af to stay awake for that long.

Before anyone attempting this - When we didn’t sleep for long time our body release high level of cortisol (stress hormone) and Adrenaline to keep us awake.when you try to pull out all nighter u will fell energetic around 4-5PM and again around 11-12 midnight.So,Keeping that is mind if u are going for all nighter,go to bed around 11 PM (not even a minute later and try to relax your body).Force alarm at 7-8 AM. Few more points - 1.Dont have caffeine 2.Dont eat anything for 16 hr. ( If u wanna wake up at 7 AM don't eat anything after 2 PM) Good luck 👍

I kept waking up at 2-3 pm so I tried this and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow around midnight the next day and I woke up at 11am, but since then I’ve been going to sleep around 1-2am and waking up at 9-11am so I would say it worked for me

the best way too fix a sleep schedule in my experience during covid was exercise twice that day which one would be a run and strength or you can jog in the morning and run at night closest too sleep time. take a cold shower and bam you will fix the sleep schedule in no time

This is what i do when i messeed up my sleeping patter becauze sometimes i sleep at 7 am and wake up at 6pm But at 1-2pm is when you will feel sleepy and to avoid sleeping i don't use my phone but instead i will go outside and play or have a walk

3 years too late, but when you get tired i suggest taking a cold shower to get the blood flowing again and have energy drinks on stand bye and a wee plan on something to keep you entertained until you can finally hit the hay.

Honestly despite what anyone says this always works out for me, if of course, everything goes according to plan. I had a horrible sleep schedule. I slept at 8-9 AM woke up nearly 4PM-6 PM if I slept in long enough. My whole body felt physically drained all the time. I pulled an all nighter and it worked. Since then I went to bed at 2 AM everyday and woke up at 9-10AM. This lasted for 4-5 months then I stayed up really late one day nearly until 6 am , and since then the past week my body hasn’t been able to sleep at my regular time. I decided to do another all nighter and it’s 9 am and I feel so tired bruh😭😭. Anyway I reccomend it. It works just don’t mess it up and fall asleep mid afternoon. Pick the time you want to sleep at , like 10 o clock at night or something so you can wake up at a good time.

Try to do one without coffee!! If you can lol 😂 I get up at 8:30/9am to go to work , but be going to bed at 3/4am 😐 that’s why I’m pulling a all nighter as of now …. It’s 6am the following day Goal is to be in bed by 11pm to wake up at 7am 😬🙂 Good Luck to me and anyone else who prevails lol 😂

That’s the exact same sleep schedule I have I’m trying to sleep earlier but I usually don’t go to bed until 10 am and wake up at 3 pm

Quarantine... I miss quarantine. But it did kind of suck because I had insomnia and I would go to bed at like 8:00 a.m. but I kind of have a normal sleep schedule now and I go to bed at around 9:00 p.m. My parents they go to bed at like 6:00 p.m. along with my little sister.

Ive been going to bed at 3am, and waking up at 12:00 pm. I also pulled staying up till 3am on school nights regularly because I cant fix it. This really helped....Im awake before my mom is this morning, what a flex. Wait- my mom knows no matter what I dont wake up at regular morning hours, or at least before its lunch time at mcdonalds. welp, she gonna know im pulling an all nighter...well crap.
