Great video mate. I am here for seconds woooo. I watched at 5am on my daughters channel👍.the higher RPM the pipe doesn’t sound to bad when it has a load on it. Great mod. Now the carnage is a 2speed woooo. Plant an apple tree wooo. Nice vid💯👍🔥👊🏻💪🏼

If your camera runs out of battery you can always record with your phone. Probably be better quality as it will be in focus. 😂

This was my first and only NT car. Such a bargain at £185 currently. I had major issues with loosing rear wishbones but i eventually found out there was an aftermarket longer version to fix this issue.. which i purchased, however.. I gave my son a go and he drove it flat out head on into a kerb. Damaging chassis, gearbox front and rear dog bones, and a few other parts that cost in total £106 to put right. I think the insurance company would have written it off but i was smiling when he hit the kerb as i knew id get to repair it lol strangely addictive hobby and highly recommended first NT cheap buggy. It really rips.

Unrelated but can we get a little tech tip regarding loads of fuel/oil puking out of the exhaust when starting. Car runs a treat once cleared out but loads up like mad at idle. I've leaned the lsn to near death and same problem

I’d say that’s pretty normal, they will spit fuel it’s because they’re 2-stroke. Some engines more than others but if there isn’t any it means it’s too lean.

I have a hsp warhead and it is a dead ringer for this thing. A ton of cars all use the same chassis with slight variations for shock mounts and such. Parts are easy to come by

The Torro or Zorro is the same .18 FTX engine and many of the componants are the same including the gears, brakes, exhaust, linkages the Zorro/Torro is more of a Trophy Truck 1/12 scale with the body on its very close to 1/8th scale. I know because I have 1/8th scale Thunder tiger Truggies.

1.nice 2 speed baby ! why don't you just put a extra flat ring under de bearings so the clutsbell spins free. you .fixst it i watched till the end 😉👍 2.oh i see exhaust is good . it was me i pleay guilty. how sad the exhaust is to close

DO NOT BUY THIS GEARBOX ! It’s an FTX factory unchecked gearbox with plastic spur gears that are ok in mesh use, but the centrifugal latch sheared the plastic catch off after audibly changing into 2nd gear for only 30mins ! (2mm grub screw 0.75 to 1 full turn out). This was after a load of faffing about using Hub Bell Housing micro-shims to allow the hub to spin freely. I’ve even got it on video audibly changing gear, and then just as I concluded the success.. CALAMITY !!! FTX really need to make a metal spur gear version asap, because at approx £40 for the full assembly, and wasted time, I’ve had to settle for 1st gear only, which is the same ratio as the standard 1-speed anyway. However, I have had total success with the aftermarket electric start upgrade, which is cheap and easy to fit. Put plenty of grease in it though before assembly, it should last a full summer season.
