Pro tip. Just buy a k and n multifit pod filter find whatever sensor u need online a pipe and the silicone fittings. You will save at least 100 or more dollars. I was gonna get a kit from k and n but its was legit 700 dollars for my lancer. The intake i have on my car now cost less than 200 to do the whole thing =/

yes it was the stock sensor. I ran into the same issue turners out that the part what damage, K&N has a great Customer service they replaced it for now additional cost.

Maybe it's only the sound he wants I feel like my lancer goes fast enough.. but isn't really buff how I want I'd add these Lil mods to satisfy myself. It's a rally car what it lacks in speed makes up for in hitting tight corners 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive for off road conditions etc... it may not be the fastest but put this car where it performs best And it will definitely do its job and probably do better than those that aren't a rally car
