So I have both, and I spawned both of them across gm Neon Big City. Most of the Zetas minded their own business and built . . . stuff . . ., but the lambdas were fighting everyone else or flying around.

Even though the creator was burned out and not working on the ai anymore its still such a sick ass mod! Id say zetas are the better version as they have a million more freatures you can test anyways you should try zombie survival vs zetas so you can do a zombie survival like server

Hey i have a question i have a problem where Gmod freezes and the screen glitches out in random colors when i open my Playermodel button and sometimes when spawning guns NPCs or dying i think it could be cuz i have most off my mods enable instead off disabling them but idk if its other thing or what ever

Not quite sure what that'd be. It may be a mod or a corrupted file. Try uninstalling outdated mods and checking file integrity. Hope this helps!

To check file integrity, right click on Garrys mod in your library and click properties, click on the tab that says "files" and there should be a "check file integrity" button. Also, any mods that were installed within a few days of the issue occurring should be checked, so probably disable them and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't, disable all mods and enable them page by page before you run into the issue. It's a lengthy process, but it worked for me!
