Kobe wasn't inefficient for his career. People don't understand how to measure efficiency by circumstance, considering that's what an efficiency rating is, it's a circumstantial statistic. For a SG during Kobe's career, he was quite efficient compared to the lowest and highest efficiency rated players in the league. And considering his output of production, he was by far the most efficient player during his time in the NBA.
