Na vdd não, você não tomaria multa por excesso de carga, porque no caminhão ta escrito 31.370, esse 31 significa as toneladas, no caso 31 tonelada de carga máxima então ta dentro do limite do caminhão

O caminhão se desgasta muito mais rápido, o overload fode o caminhão. Em 3k de km num caminhão zero, o motor e o câmbio se danificam muito.
