Man everyone’s issue is y’all expect 80k salaries your first year. You’re not gonna get that your first year no matter how hard you try. I think you left England for the wrong reasons and you didn’t have patience and you’re 100% gonna regret it later on. You should have finished the year with them at least. The more money you expect and chase from truck driving the harder it’ll be to actually be happy. Like you left a job because you had a 3 week slow down? When you knew there was holidays and it was gonna get slow?🤦‍♂️ You lack the patience man. Also thing England has is miles you won’t find that with alot of company’s. You can get paid .50 plus cents like you said but if you’re not running good miles you’re gonna get shitty checks, you should have done more research

Your wrong. Cr England is just to get your foot into the business. Then go to Fedex ground make atleast 2k+ as a team driver driving 2500 miles weekly. Or get your own truck and become owner operator for swift,jbhunt,landstar.

Hey Freddie that’s exactly what I did I got my cdl and was with them for about 3 months and left You just have to take care of the tuition yourself

If you stay the year they take care of the rest of the tuition. But if you leave before you have to pay it. But yes you can leave before the year and join another company.

It was only 9 months back when i did it in 2016/2017. They may have raised it now. You are responsible for the tuition if you leave early. You WILL get $hit loads at first, but it gets better as you do if you have a good DM. Hometime can be a total mess ( was for me). I had issues with them trying to get me to swap my load going home for another going the opposite direction a few times. After 6 months otr, i finally told them no i am going home for my 34 hrs. I got a couple extra days added onto that for my refusal, lol. They are the typical mega carrier, but if you play your hand right, they can get you into the industry rather quickly and will definitely get you the miles and drivetime. Good luck!
