People arent accustomed to eating it. If we have chicken, mutton, beef and rabbit which option would most take ?

About the market. It's true no one can have enough of rabbit meat to meet the market's demand. I once approached a certain butchery in Westgate and they gave me an order to supply them 100 rabbits per day for 5 days of the week. I failed to take the order bcoz my entire live stock was only 90 animals. So the market is too huge.
