I QUIT My Job… FOR THIS!? When becoming a Golf Pro there are certain decisions you have to make... when I was 19 years old I was working in a factory making good money... BUT I QUIT! I QUIT MY JOB... to work in a pro shop on minimum wage. From there I feel like it was well worth it, I have since turned my business into a busy golf teaching business and now into a full time online KZbin business in James Robinson Golf, after seeing what Rick Shiels, Peter Finch and Mark Crossfield where doing, I gave it a go!. Also James you’ve got a gem of a series going here, I’ve always said golf is about the club golf/stories and no one has really tapped into it yet, so far Liam got the closest with the Golfmates. But I love the idea of normal club golfers coming on telling there stories but also well known people could have a where we came from mini series like you have done with Chris here. Great stuff

Love the early tee off. I used to work at San Francisco Golf Club when I was 16 yrs old. I would set up the range at 6 am, then head out to play 9 holes before the members started showing up. Best times of my life! The whole course to myself!

Unbelievable. I was a junior member there and worked for Ian Kirk from 1990 to 1997...... the best boss I ever had. I did exactly the same James either back 5 or 1,8,9,10,11..... if I had time 12,13...... I love that place so much. I live in Lincoln now... not played there for 24 years.... goose bumps😊

Love these vids. You keep mentioning the corses I know and have played. A good friend of mine lives across the road from Cave castle. Played it a few times and have played at Renishaw a couple of times. That is a course of two very different nines. Lol. Can’t wait to see em.
