You can do it! I love the feeling and satisfaction of working with sourdough too, I’m much more of a beginner, but think it would be fun to start selling loaves on a very small scale. Would love to see your micro bakery journey as you take it on full time!

Thank you! I definitely have more videos planned about how things are going now, it's just finding the time lol. I started out by giving loaves to friends and family and getting experience baking more than one loaf at a time that way. Good luck!
