I am so happy to find out that I am not the only one that has been feeling this way. Since around middle school I always felt like something was wrong with me and only recently did I realize that the reason I was feeling that way was because society caused me to build a cage around who I am. Since the beginning of this year I have been trying to re-invigorate myself after leaving my job last November and honestly, even though I haven't really achieved anything noteworthy, I still fell more fulfilled and happy than I have for almost 2 decades.

The timing of this was so perfect for me. I have been sick with anxiety in bed for a week straight with no obvious cause. I’ve consumed less than 2,000 calories over the past week. I’ve been to the hospital, called countless drs, and am hopefully on the way to recovery but being reminded that those I look up to also struggle with anxiety and depression always helps me feel less alone ❤️.

I found this so relatable. I'd never aimed to produce content but, in the fallout of some self destructive behaviors last year, I did a lot of research into relationships which ultimately uncovered a variety of learned behaviors and habits/feedback loops. I highly recommend "The School of Life" KZbin channel if you're unfamiliar. I also relate to happiness through the pursuit of things that thrill you. I work a relatively soulless job and am much more motivated to work on my side projects in related fields. I've also taken to trying to share my "authentic self" through social media profiles I only publish to a small subset of people. Thanks for the honest video :) it was my favorite

First off: both of my knees currently look like your skateboarding wound bc I tripped while crossing the street to go to Trader Joe’s 🙃 we’re thriving Second: I’m currently dealing with a lot of stress between some undiagnosed mental things and being in the entertainment industry (I work on broadway and it is currently doing Not Great) and seeing Megan be so intentional about caring for herself and doing better for herself and for no one else is inspiring.
