Damn !! This was a powerful video, and I could relate to it much more because I’ve also tried doing these kinds of experiments when I get fed up from my mobile. While giving defence interviews and remaining 5 days in SSB interviews without mobile, I learnt that I started talking to everyone in my batch, played Table Tennis, Volleyball, carrom, chess, snooker, basketball, read newspaper, magazines and what not. Still there was lot of time left and I had this realisation that how much productive we can be if we start to eliminate phone addiction during boredom, because ultimately boredom leads to creativity. I have also kept in mind the problem which you talked about that excessive utilisation of something be it mobile or boredom can corrupt us. Thanks for documenting your 5 days journey, I had a great learning from this video and will try to execute some of the things mentioned in the video. Keep it up ❤
