Really eye opening video man... I'm one of you guys too I've always hated wasting time on Instagram or any other social media and seriously what do we need that for? To stay out a constant fomo? Or to flaunt everything we do... The video says it all! I, Shivam Chaudhary, am a first year college student. I agree with you 100%. Through social media we forget our real purpose and keep getting influenced by other's life and sometimes we even feel sad that how good is this person's life, due to which stress increases in our life and we start moving away from happiness. Nowadays, social media is the biggest reason for stress among youth. I am thinking of deleting Instagram myself because I myself am feeling very disturbed in my life because of Instagram. Whenever I am in a good mood and start opening Instagram, then I see that my emotions completely change because of Instagram reels. I will try that if I cannot delete it completely, then at least reduce the use of Instagram a lot. Thanks for such a nice and helpful video.
