Just turned 29. I'd think I could try this out. I've been thinking about it as I'm not really excited to move to anywhere in the US like I was and did when I was 22. The living in a cubicle probably would cause me the most hesitancy. I've done that for many years living on my own, and that was part of the reason I left where I was at in the country.

Here's a questuon I could really use help with. I've watched countless channels of all types of women living and teaching in Korea. I'm black, naturally I pay a bit more mind to the women who are also black and their expierinces over there (S-Korea). I've barely found black males teaching in Korea who are American though (that upload KZbin videos). For me, the color part is not a big thing because I am a male. People don't bother me the same way they would a black female. My confidence is really high. People starring at me and all that is fine. I'm used to the attention but I don't view stares as a bad thing. I'm very indifferent to it. I guess you could say I'm very thick skinned when it comes to anyone and their opinions of me. Just because you're having a bad day or something you say to me is not going to ruin my day. Do you know of any channels with black MALE teachers from the states who live in Korea? Also, do you agree, disagree or even get my analysis of how my expierinces are probobly much different than the sistas? We're the same color but the way the world has treated me is much different than for the women. I've had to watch and truly listen to females to understand this. Because of this, now when I hear a woman speak about her expierinces in a field or topic similar to mine. I'm more attuned of how the difference in our sex vastly induce our expierince. P.S When I'm listening to women and their stories and expierinces. I don't actually say stuff like what I'm implying in this post. Example, "Oh that's just because you're a chick." Ect, ect. That wouldn't be nice, and that's a testament to why I don't have many problems with anyone anywhere. Speak less, let everyone else talk, talk talk.
@kingkylie96554 жыл бұрын
Of course! U just want to hear from a black males perspective and thats normal
@SocialStudiess4 жыл бұрын
@@kingkylie9655 word. I didn't "Just" want to hear from black American male. My argument was it's so rare for me to find. Because when I hear the sisters out here deal with the things they deal with. A lot of times I have little input. Although our color is the same, our sex produces very different expierinces. Especially for someone like me. People act differently with because while I am black and American. I am Eritrean too. The spelling of my name, the foreign mystery to my last name (Gebrehiwot) being able to speak Tigrinya (Eritrea's native tongue) like I speak English but having bo trace of an accent whatsoever. In the states. The other people who are from other countries and have accents. The minute they recognize that I'm foreign born or I speak another language. They act very differently towards me. I suppose the mannerisms of people from foreign nations outside the U.S all kind of align with another. Russians for example. They are usually the meanest roughest foreigners. Russians always have a peace with me because it's known that the type of Christian people from Eritrea and Ethiopia are is the same as Russians. We are "Orthodox" Christians. Make sense a little?
