I know certain core classes can be tough but you should never tell yourself you're not "smart enough" for anything. I'm godawful at calculus and physics but I'm finishing up medical school right now :) if you find yourself feeling passionate about veterinary medicine you should consider taking a leap of faith!:)

It will be tough in the beginning as she learns the process of showing, marketing, and selling to prospective clients. KZbin will take a backseat for a little bit until she gets her footing. Don’t know if it’s the same in the Netherlands but in the U.S. an agent does a lot more of the day to day work and learns a lot of things on the job. There’s also brokers who do higher level work who, at least in my state, have to have worked a certain number of hours per week for three years before they can apply for their brokerage license.

The title is click-bait and nobody becomes a Real Estate agent to 'help' people. That is what non-profits and volunteering are for. You will show houses for a commission and use pre-printed contracts containing waivers that removes you as an agent from any responsibility. It also does not take any real skills in any kind of craft besides having a good personality. I really like the trailer renovation videos.

In the UK a “real estate” agent is just called an “estate agent” and traditionally requires absolutely no qualifications. No license. No study. It’s quite interesting to see that is not the case elsewhere. I think it might be changing here, but the industry is definitely fairly unregulated.
