Jack needs to know that holding the heavy attack button breaks people's stamina when they do ultimates so he isn't just standing behind them as they shoot beams off into the distance. He should also learn that blast ultimates miss almost all the time when the opponent isn't stamina broken because they usually have time to escape after a knockback and if he can't be bothered to figure out stamina breaks to switch to a melee ultimate as then all he has to do is be near the opponent and when he uses one it'll hit.

Your ranking doesn't actually mean crap for rewards though. I've Z-ranked so many quests and will get nothing at the end only to then get a C-rank where it throws almost everything at me as a reward. And the only way to get Dragon Balls are through fighting Time Patrollers in certain PQs (cause there is a Super Broly PQ where TIps constantly spawn but drop nothing) or as blue exclamation points in Conton City (which only show up once per character), Daily Login, or as a reward for placing in the Tournament Events.

Just saying, you should probably use Super Vegeta instead of regular Super Saiyan, you should unlock additional fights against Vegeta slightly later in the story that will allow you to get Super Vegeta as a separate transformation. It looks identical to regular Super Saiyan but the stat buffs are different, with your setup being married to ki moves regular Super Saiyan isn't doing much of anything (outside of Super Saiyan 3 giving a moderate defense boost) since it's buffs are focused for strike moves, Super Vegeta would be much better since it is more ki super based.

A couple suggestions: 1) Do the Explosion of Namek PQ instead to grind for dragon balls. You just defeat Frieza and then fight 3 level 20ish time patrollers. It’s a lot faster. 2) Replace Special Beam Cannon with something like Super Kamehameha because it’s a lot easier to combo into. 3) Use Super Vegeta instead of Super Saiyan since you seem to like Ki based skills

1) The PQ he's grinding is easier. Frieza is more annoying to fight than Yamcha, Krillin and Tien. 2) Stop sleeping on Special Beam Cannon. It's better than most beam ults simply because of the fact that it deals all of it's damage in one hit, so if you get caught in it you can't use an evasive to escape the damage. You can't block it, either. Using Piccolo's "Sorry for the wait... You ready?" limit burst gives it the ability to one shot max level CaCs if you get their health down to two-ish bars. 3) This is the only good suggestion you gave, people sleep on Super Vegeta because it's not SSG or SSB which is a big mistake.

For late game, PQ 79 is better. While 23 is faster, you actually get more chances and a higher chance to get Dragon Balls from 79.

I understand the pain of DragonBall farming, also the feeling of being ganged up on while the team seams to do nothing (that or they steal the kill). Just remember to be patient, have healing/regen items when you can get them, try different skills, and don't give up. Also, don't snub Raditz as a teacher. Double Sunday and Weekend are pretty good skills, though I'm a Ki Blast specialist so I might be biased. Also, Nappa is behind and to the left of the Parallel Quest building, and I love some of his skills.

For future reference you need to deal the "FINAL BLOW" on real players characters during missions/PQ for the dragon balls to drop. The characters that randomly show up are current players either on single lobby OR Multi lobbies. I always thought that was cool cause we never see offline characters.

Saiyan transformation and Potential Unleashed guide. Super Saiyan 1 (need 3 ki bars)= Pros:+10% strike damage, +5% ki damage,+5% speed, -5% physical damage taken. Cons: -20% ki generation from fight (no big deal) Super Saiyan 2 (need 4 ki bars)= +15% strike and 7,5% ki damage,,+7%speed, -10%physical and -5 ki damage. Cons: -50%ki generation from fight (still manageable) Super Saiyan 3 (need 5 or more ki bars)=+20 strike and 10% ki damage, -15%physical and 10 ki damage.+10% Speed. Cons: takes more than double time to regenerate stamina, -80 ki generation from fight (not manageable, use transformation for short time periods or use charging skills or super souls to offset this. Otherwise your ability to use skills will be limited). Super Vegeta 1 (need 3 ki bars)= Pros:+5% strike and 10% ki damage, +3% speed, -5% ki damage taken. Cons: same as SSJ1. Super Vegeta 2 (need 4 ki bars)= Pros:+10% Strike and 17,5% ki damage, +7% speed,-5% physical and 12%ki damage taken. Cons: Same as SSJ2 Also all Super Saiyan transformation (including those not listed here) teleports player toward locked enemy when performing charged attacks. Charged heavy strike teleports you just few meters, however charged super skills like Kamahameha or Evil Explosion teleports behind enemy no matter distance as long you have enemy locked (you may lose lock if enemy is too far or use skill to make unlock on them (although the later don´t happen at all. Of course losing lock means you don´t teleport). Additionally there is Potential Unleashed (Gohan transforation from Buu saga) available to you right now by doing all Elder Kai advanced trainings and last one of them need to be done on Z rank. It is not that hard to complete. Potential Unleashed (Need 5 ki bars)= Pros:+15% strike and 15% ki damage, +5% speed,-5 all damage. Cons: None. There are currently 4 more transformation for Saiyans in game but neither of them is available to you yet. I think. And there is Kaioken, but I don´t think it is necessary to have it. Also other races have one own transformation as well as Kaioken and Potential unleashed. Okay, there is an explanation here. "Warp Kamehameha" is exactly what "saito31" used against you. It's an ultimate that's in the game and Goku used this same move against Cell in the Android-saga. It should be worth noting that "Cooler" has a counter that is effective against ranged attacks. "Shadow Crusher." This counter is a must for those who get forked by Ki-blast ultimates.

I would put Consecutive Energy Blast and Super Ki Explosion on your moveset. C.E.B. is basic but very effective, nearly impossible to miss completely as it covers a wide range. As for S.K.E., just get up close to the opponent and hold the button down. It will use extra ki to extend the explosion, it comes out real fast and is super useful.

Yeah, if you're not level 99 please just do "the explosion of namek" parallel quest where you only fight full power frieza and then Time Patrollers, it gives you dragon balls and the time patrollers are locked at around level 28 or 30 it's way easier

Boi. There are 2 guard breaks. The stamina gaurd break is for when your opponents aren't doing ultimates or blocking. When they are doing ultimates or blocking you use the second guard break which is done by holding down triangle. Also should have wished for Super Saiyan God or more characters. More characters gets you the shadow dragons from GT. They're pretty decent backup for parallel quests compared to what you have. Considering your play style though prioritization of SSJG would be optimal. Normal Super Saiyan 3 which you've been using gives a +20% bost to strike supers, a +10% boost to ki blast supers, a +15% boost to defense and a -85% to Ki regeneration. (The terrible ki regeneration drawback is due to lore reasons) Super Saiyan God powers up basic attacks by +60% raises Ki regeneration by +50% and speed by +12.5% and adds extra combos to your character. TLDR You primarily use basic attacks. That form is just objectively better for your build. Also speaking of your build the best super soul would probably be "The ultimate power is mine!" You get that by combining "your death is imminent!" and "I must protect grand elder guru!" at the Mix shop. Its just a flat +10% boost to everything.

Your inventory is shared between characters and there is an npc you can fight right at the start of the game that drops a dragon ball every time outside the academy. So if you don't like RNG you can just spam create new characters and beat the shit out of her over and over again. It's slow but easy and RNGless.

Honestly, the rng for the drop rate for stuff in X2 is literal ASS, some days I get multiple dragon balls at once, sometimes even getting the full set in a couple goes. Other days, I go the full IRL day without getting any dragon balls, it's actual ass. And it feels even worse when you're trying to get all the Specials and Ultimates and all that's left is the long missions which you have to do over and over again cuz, again, THE RNG IS ASS
