Best stuff to give raiders is bunker alpha green/yellow cards. They're available in plenty, easily obtainable and only required once in 2 days. Plus you get around 40-45 per bunker raid and the raiders area usually satisfied with about 40

Actually it's pretty easy to fool the raiders . If you get shitty base just shove 5 beers to them then they will be happy .Most of the time they don't prefer raw resources tho. Sometimes 1 bauxite can satisfy them if you get shitty base But what works most of the time is an at least 10 percent dura modded glock or any 1 piece of tactical armor that at least has 10 percent dura and they get happy with it.
