Motivational Speaker Heather! Imagine telling the story you feel so passionate about in elementary schools. Or high schools. Or as a keynote speaker for a corporate gathering. Oh, and - 20+ miles is nothing to sneeze at! Well done!

Heather great motivation to keep going to achieve your goals. I am a 69-year-old man living in Ellicott City MD and I am going to ride the Erie Canal trail next week from Buffalo to Albany NY 360 miles in 6 days. 60 a day will be long days in the saddle, but I am going to crush it. Your videos are awesome. Alex

Great video! I've been running in 6 mile sessions for some cross training. My coach when I was younger always wanted me to do hill sprints once a week, and 2 runs but as the years have gone by I hear his voice lol but I seldom do it. But the last month been running 3-4 times a week. It was awful, painful at first, now I'm enjoying it and today I took my running shoes into town instead of my bike.

ALways push yourself -- and most importantly appreciate what your body can do. I would LOVE it if I could still run or even walk for a mile. Arthritis has robbed my ability to do those things, but I can still ride my bike... and do.

Still being able to ride bikes is a great accomplishment as well. Our bodies are truly more powerful than we think. ❤

I haven't watched your video yet, (I am going to 🙂 ), but I used to walk 35.000-40,000 steps a day for my job. It was hell on my feet for awhile, because also I had to wear steel toe boots. Summers were brutal. I did get used to it though. I am retired now 😊
