Random attack delay is an intentional feature to let, say, a 20 stalker squad on amove after a blink to stop being so synced after a few volleys. It makes the game look better, and if you don't micro as much, decreases the amounts of wasted shots on overkilling.

With "him"? Who is him? KZbinMan or PIG?
@reactivereplays56662 жыл бұрын
The mere fact that the SECOND Pig sees 2 or 3 units he knows what UThermal's build will be and he is still able to pull off the win without changing the build structure at all is insane to me... It shows how powerful these pushes are and I think with some playing around you with unit switches you may be on to some meta shifting if you take it to tourneys and change the build about 5-10 mins in to do what you need.
@Chris971.2 жыл бұрын
I think it's more a testament to how mechanically skilled a player UThermal is rather than that these unit comps are especially powerful. If he wanted to have the highest chance of winning he would definitely do something else
@asdfasdf-mn8iu2 жыл бұрын
I mean, PiG is a caster and streamer, he's good, but he's not at the same level as a t3 pro like uthermal is, not even remotely. I guess their MMR difference is at like 600+, so i think marc wins mostly off being the better player, not necessarily a good unit comp. Also, 3 rax vs protoss is incredibly strong and marc got very far ahead in that game.

This was absolutely insane. Beating two high MMR opponents who knew your gimmick builds in medium detail, and then even taking a game off a Korean pro before losing to blind counters, this was such a blast to watch

something that some speed eaters do is to chat in the video for as long as they can, and then they overdub commentary later for the parts they couldn't chat during the live vid. it cuts in and out so it doesn't feel too weird and keeps the continuity. The Raven and Marines matches were so good! I'd love to see a tourny where you give yourself a real chance: Each game you get to select from the most viable builds - Raven, Marine, Cheese, etc. - and it's not a purity deal; you can make other units as necessary, you just keep to the build as much as is reasonable. It would be great to see funky builds actually reach 2nd or 3rd. I also wish you'd take the bong cloud out of rotation. I get it's nostalgic, and I'm sure it's somewhat amusing against new players, who don't know spawn points are fixed in 1v1, but it's just not interesting against everyone else. It's just a normal game, but slightly behind. Nothing like the other challenges, which require unique strategies. It seems like you get excited about it; if so, do what you like. Just, from a viewer's perspective, I'm always disappointed when it comes up.
