Just want a bit about Christiansborg. You can visit the tower for free. No need to worry about stairs, you ride an elevator. Please check opening hours online.

I've lived in Aarhus for two years, and now live in Malmö for the past four years, I visit Copenhagen almost every month, and I still found some interesting tips! I didn't know about the David Collection, or that museums were free to enter one day a month!

Rundetårn is not on Strøget. Strøget is the street that runs from Kongens Nytorv to Rådhuspladsen. The official street name as used in addresses changes several times. But Købmagergade is not part of Strøget.

I was in copenhagen last month and visited amelianborg and I saw the changing of guards at 4.00pm. Any idea why at this time?
@thenordicadam3 ай бұрын
I believe the change at 12am always happens - and then there can be others beyond that, based on special occasions etc. Couldn't tell you why this specific day it happened at 4pm though :)

I'm really excited about the gardens and museums. I have heard that Tivoli also has awesome haunted house that's open only at night. Have you been?

I believe it's called Villa Vendetta, I haven't been though. I think they use live actors in there, and I can't deal with that, hah!

We are loving your videos, thank you SO much. As our first family (2 x adults + 2 x 19yr old twin boys) holiday from the UK we are hoping to visit Copenhagen in September, but we are worried about the cost of food + how to find a suitable apartment. In one of your other videos, you mentioned AirB&B was really expensive - do you have any other recommendations please? We are looking for 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and are hoping to stay for 5 nights - are there any website you'd recommend please? P.S. I love your cat - a Ragdoll or Birman???

What a great holiday plan! I think for you, airbnb might not be so bad. It's hard to find hotels that large, and if you need like 2-3 hotel rooms an airbnb might be cheaper - and you'll easier be able to cook which can save you A LOT of money as a family. In this video below I show the different areas so you could see what you like, and look for an airbnb in that area: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4eyZqusfKqhaas He's a ragdoll! And thank you - and thanks for watching :)

I'm watching your video from Copenhagen and I agree with you for the biggest part. National museum for me is the best to visit, if you want to learn the history of the country and many more as well. I didn't visit Rosenberg palace but Amalienborg but I wish I had watched your video before cause I find it overrated. Anyways, the experience of this trip is amazing, one of a lifetime and I wish I come back in the future. Thank you for your valuable suggestions.

Oh and I have seen a number of people who say the boat tours their are really worth it. Do you have any specific recommendations for that?
@thenordicadam5 ай бұрын
Absolutely, it's one of the best ways to see the city. There's the 'normal' boat tour which is pretty cheap. The big boats with a tour guide and loads of people. I think Stromma and the Netto Boats are the main ones. If you want a more private experience you can rent a GoBoat and sail around the canals yourself. It's fantastic! But also quite a bit more expensive (but could be worth it for the experience or if you are a group).
