for the pop os cursor glitch, just alt+tab while in fullscreen and alt+tab back if ur on a desktop environment, or just switch workspaces if ur on a tiling window manager. one more thing you missed to mention that pop os even has a dedicated nvidia iso

To optimize Windows OSes like Tiny11 more, you have to debloat it and reduce background processes somehow by your own, and then delete all the unnecessary files.

You don't need the internet at all for the driver if you are going to change the operating system; (command prompt run as administrator) dism /online /export-driver /destination: "The address of the folder where you want to back up the drivers" If you keep this in a backup Usb, you will always have a program-free driver backup that you can always access, you can even shoot a video directly about it, here is a video idea for you. 20:01 I used Windows 8.1 as main OS for 4 years , I didint use it in a touch screen but it was snappy , fast, like somehow windows 7 , but lately i upgraded to Windows 10 because of security , Many apps and games started dropping support for it. I still do have windows 7 on my other laptops (no option aside it) , Windows 8.1 and 7 or 10 LTSC are the best windows versions , without tweaking!!

I went back to LTSC since I messed up my Windows 11 install quite badly, I do miss the Windows 11 UI but Windows 10 LTSC has been solid
