I like Sova's tbh. It's not just the animation of him entering the screen, but if you watch further he notices something in the distance, his bionic eye starts to glow and he pulls out his bow, aiming at a possible threat, then he casually puts an arrow back in the quiver with a little flip. It's simple yet badass at the same time.

Chamber seriously has some of the most satisfying animations and voicelines among the agents overall xD i love the voiceline u mentioned, but also the way he flicks his cards in game, the snap he does to teleport away, and shooting tour de force with him shouting "i love this gun!" or "ooh i like it!" are just all peak satisfaction moments.

The variety of quality in these is insane. You get the most basic actions like that of Sova, Brimstone, etc. to absolutely incredible, over the top intro cinematics like Yoru’s, KAY/O’s, etc. And hey I was right, your favorite is Yoru’s, it was either that or the previously mentioned KAY/O.

Now i dont know about you guys but because of the camera angle trasnitions and glowing background while seeing just a silhouette of kayo makes him number 1 for me. And then theres his boot up screen as a bonus. Yoru rips through reality menacingly and all but the beginning of kayo select screen is not too detailed and flashy yet it makes kayo so overwhelming. And transitions while seeing only a part of him really hit different to me.

As a new Yoru main, I absolutely agree that he is in the top spot. But after seeing Astra and KAY/O's Animation, I actually prefer KAY/O to he number one, then Astra, after that Yoru. Maybe it's because Both Astra and KAY/O has a longer showcase using a totally different background (Astra's Purple Celestial-like background, and KAY/O's use of a pitch black background for his start boot animation and also the light purple/white background on the first few seconds of his intro animation)
