Artur seems great. The only problem with relying on star ratings is that as it's comparison to your own team, signing a worldie first teamer could have effected the rating rather than the player himself having less potential than before.

Just found a 15 year old centre half who plays for Sunderland with 18 tackling, 15 positioning and 13 marking. Most of his mental stats are blue (11+) same with his physicals. Already bought him for £9m, haven’t been able to use him yet however

I tried to get a regen who was 15 with 17 finishing and 5 star potential, but he signed a contract for barcelona, and now they wont sell him for under 30 million, and a 16 year old lb with 17 accelaration, 13 tackling and overall high stats, signed for psg both in the 2021 intake

Game time, make sure he’s at least a starting player for your youth teams. check the coach reports. Training coaches, training facilities, and when he’s 18/19 think about either first team football or a loan deal where he plays all the time

I'll be honest the 16 year old screamed editor when I saw him. Only because I've never been lucky enough to see quite so many huge attributes as a brand new newgen. Also on the subject, I'm trying to switch to the use of newgen since regen is more a tribute to CM when you could shortlist famous players and their stats would be put on a new player and replace them on the shortlist, so they just regenerated the legend.
