My issue now is: why didn’t they make a completely new mold that made the proportions slightly different so the holes were in the right spot but didn’t look weird like the current one? 6:55 a lot of people claiming that torso on the left better than torso on the right, but that is wrong, it seems to be better because of the detailed belt, if you hide part where belt is visible, it's clearly that clone wars are better in terms of detailing. Still OG and clone wars has both top tier torso.

I see what you mean but the animated torsos are also missing the 2 hash lines at the top left of the torso. The belt and hash lines can be disputed by claiming it’s part of the style though. I still think the OG clones were ahead of their time and had very innovative helmet molds but it’s all subjective opinion

i feel army building has nothing to do with how a clone should be rated it should be rated off appearence only. like imagine if i rated the first ever clone trooper s tier because its great for army building no u wouldnt because it doesnt look as good as other clones so it gets ranked worse or u could also say the clone pilot is f tier because u cant army build with it but its objectively a good trooper that doesnt belong in f tier i think the tier list shoudve been based off the figures being accurate to real star wars or purley off asthetics because their can be a not so accurate clone that still looks great

The 2020 style clone commander was included in a minifig pack with 2 regular clones which caused a lot of people to have an outrageously high number of commanders in their armies when there should only be 1 commander out of every 20,000 clones if I remember correctly. For that reason everyone clowned on them. I chose the wording “mentally scared” because I will never see clone commanders the same again lol

The reason the hole on the new helmet is higher is so that when you put a visor (like commander Cody’s) on the clone, it doesn’t look stupid and line up with the eyes. It should line up with that line about the visor, so the holes need to be there.

That would be true if Lego wasn’t able to change the mold for the visor. It looks to me like Lego would rather change a helmet mold than a visor mold even though the visors are about as old as the helmets were and deserve an update imo

The helmet holes aren't a problem depending on who has them. Grunts should never have them. People with visors are the only people that should have them. I think that it is in the wrong spot for people with rangefinders but it works for me. JUST NOT ON REGULAR TROOPERS

When I made this video, I knew my opinion was gonna be controversial so I decided to double down and make it more controversial. However, most of my opinions in this video are my own with just a little exaggeration. I do believe that AP1 clones are overrated even though I grew up with them and OG clones have always been my favorite style of clone troopers. I would put almost all OG clones in S tier every day of the week! I put on a sarcastic voice for most of the video in hopes that I wouldn’t come off as offensive but apparently that didn’t help cuz people still got mad💀
