Akiza is from Yugioh 5Ds. She starts off as a pretty crazy character cause she has psychic powers and she cant control them. The main character Yusei goes out of his way to save her even going so far as to get cut up by her monsters a lot (she makes damage in duels real) just to get to her to hug her and tell her she's not alone. After that you get to see how sweet and vulerable she is because of how people treated her. Definitely best girl material

Her talent of Ultimate Fashionista was a fake identity, as she was actually the Ultimate Oracle. She can see into the future. However, she was tormented by the worst possible futures ever since her big sister, Mukaru Ikusuba went off to join the mercenary group/terror organisation FENRIR. Eventually, she became numb to all forms of emotions with the exception of despair and became obsessed with it. Through her future sight and a growing number of loyal followers who fell for her looks, she created an organisation that was basically created to spread despair and eradicate any form of hope. She even managed to buy off FENRIR and turn her own sister and fellow classmates into pawns for her twisted plans. Although she caused a horrific event that brainwashed most the earths population into murdering each other, her magnum opus was the killing game that appears in Trigger Happy Havoc, where her own classmates who were very close ever since they entered Hopes Peak Academy and to have them kill each other off, with the winner supposedly being rewarded with their memories before getting murked by Junko herself. However, she went up against the luckiest man alive, who beat her and made her mark herself off to ensure she can keep feeling despair and not going back to that emotional numbness called disappointment ever again. (It’s been a while, so I don’t have all the facts but this is the gist of Junko’s messed up existence)

The fact Sinder had to be told that Asuka is "a child" for her to notice there might be any sort of issue with her inclusion on a waifu tier list should tell you everything you need to know how absurd caring about the canon age of anime characters is. Asuka isn't even a loli nor is she seen as one (unlike Holo for example) and is indistinguishable from an adult anime character for a typical person's eyes (Sinder's for example) until they decide to look up her canon age (itself not an ironclad rule) in the wiki.

Because you've been severely depressed for so long, there's a nostalgic familiarity with depression/despair. In many ways, it's more "comfortable" than being happy, which is a huge hurdle to get over. To me, Junko perfectly encompasses the feeling of loving what I was, but is now able to look forward with optimism. She perfectly represents being extremely depressed and letting the depressive thoughts take over because you just can't anymore - she just never stopped. She's Waifu material because there are other no long-term medically depressed characters in Danganronpa. For medically depressed people, we're literally personifications of her greatest ideal and the way we live our lives is a better alternative to her. We're walking symbols of how to be fixed - and her analytical mind can perceive that in an instant. She just has to look at me and she's fixed. Also, a waifu as a reward for surviving crippling depression for almost 10 years seems fun.

For those interested, her name is Emeraldas from "Queen Emeraldas" and all the universe around Captain Harlock. This manga is OLD but gold, it's from the late 70s, so it's in pure black and white. She's my first ever waifu, I saw her when I was a toddler in "Arcadia Of My Youth" where she appears as a side character. Here are some infos about her: -She's a space pirate -She has a massive spaceship that looks like a zeppelin with a gallion as the cabin. The ship also has a mind of its own if I remember well. (the name of the ship is the title of her manga: Queen Emeraldas) -She's one hell of a sword fighter -She's married to a funny and genius dwarf named Toshiro who's also Harlock's best friend. -She has a young daughter named Mayu, who's super sweet. -She has a sister named Maetel who's one of the most mysterious characters of Captain Harlock's universe -Due to being alone most the time (not gonna spoil why), she's often feeling depressed but still continues her adventure in space -Despite being quite intimidating and mercyless in fights, she can be nice and caring. -Is mostly the female equivalent of Harlock.
