Ironically, an anime about corrupted executives are directed by said type of people. I heard that the animators are given such little deadlines to work on multiple episodes in a row, sheesh. Also currently there's a Blue Lock fanmade film project and people there are looking for animators, you can come by if interested.

Animation is to make things animated, like you know, move. Art style is how an anime looks, often mistaken with actual animation. So when people say that an animation looks good, they are mostly talking about artstyle and detail, not the animation itself.

Everyone clowning on blue locks animation and praising this need to realize, yes while this is amazing and I wish the episode moved like this. There's absolutely no detail to it, faces, muscles, wrinkles, EVERY frame needs those things in order to stay on model. If he were to take into consideration those things and have to correct everything, it would take 10x the amount of time needed, which the anime staff don't have any.
