Do you think you could make a video recommending good female-female books? I try to look for them, but they’re hard to find. Especially, like you said, that aren’t creepy or fetishy/purely for a male’s entertainment.

I had so much fun participating in this readathon. I'd forgotten how much I really enjoy romance books, but they're just so much fun and kind of comforting? like you know how they're going to end soooo. I'll definitely be checking out A Nordic King, that sounds amazing, and probably a few others you mentioned.

I enjoyed From Lukov with love by Marina Zapata. I love this author, but there was one word that was used over and over that just felt weird. "Blinked" I felt like it had the feeling of a weird anime. he blinked she blinked. One chapter had 19 blinks.

I heard you say that you were having trouble finding good historical romance novels. One of the best is Lisa Kleypas. I love most of her historical--they are all good, but some are my favorite. Suddenly You was one of my favorites of hers. I love her Wallflower series--It Happened One Autumn and Devil in Winter were my favorite of those, and you could read them as stand alone's. The Hathaway series was great! And now I am liking the Ravenels, and it is nice to see her characters from previous series show up on the pages. Eloisa James is a good historical romance author, and I just discovered Joanna Shupe, and those are fun. (Vintage Julie Garwood--The Bride, Honor's Splendor, The Secret and The Prize were some of my favs. I did not like the historicals set in America that she did--The Roses one. And I liked Amanda Quick's historicals. Those are quirky and fun. Her early stuff in that was my favorite. After awhile, they become a lot a like, but she is a tried and true author for me. ) But Lisa Kleypas is my all-time favorite. (Like you, I like Sarah Maclean and Tessa Dare too.) Oh and Julia Quinn-Romancing Mister Bridgerton was my favorite. I liked most of that series. You probably know all these people. I just found your channel today and started watching, so I haven't watched you enough to know if you have mentioned these authors already.
