It's safe to say this book is my fav out of the other series, and i don't mind it being thick🤣. I agree with you that the world building is phenomenal, and SJM characters will always have a special place in my heart. It broke my heart when Bryce lost Danika and Connor as well, I cried on certain scenes as well 😂 Now that you mentioned Hunt, I don't let myself attach to Bryce's potemtial love interest. Having read her other books, SARAH J. MAAS is good at TWISTY TWISTSSS.🤣🤣🤣 🌙

After reading this book a second time, I have realized 2 things: 1) this story reminds me of Elsa and Anna. About love and friendship that is Soul deep (like sisters). I think this friendship, this love and the strength of this bond was the focus of the entire book. And managing the grief and the lose and the trauma. And not the love story between Hunt and Bryce. 2) Hunt and Bryce; I hope they are endgame but this book shows you that they are not perfect and that friendships and trust has to be earned and built. There is plenty of time to explore their love story in the next books. Especially if there is a trilogy. I think they are mates! But, they will most probably have obstacles to overcome.
